- Michael R. Lafave, the CEO and founder of our company, is a distinguished software engineer and polymath with a degree from McGill University in Montreal. With eight years dedicated to the development of advanced AI technology, Michael created "ok computer," an AI codebase that drives rapid innovation across multiple scientific disciplines. His visionary work has culminated in our first patent for the world's leading carbon-negative concrete, showcasing his commitment to leveraging technology for groundbreaking solutions in materials engineering.
- Matt Pesce is an experienced executive with expertise in strategy, product, marketing, business development and international expansion. Matt’s specialty is helping technology- and innovation-led B2B companies grow and scale. Matt has led growth initiatives for organizations from startups to the Fortune 500 and brings insights and best practices from a variety of industries, including healthcare, IT, e-commerce, government, construction/infrastructure, professional services and more. He is passionate about supporting founders and has advised well over 100 startup and scaleup companies. Matt studied engineering at Cornell University and our Marketing guru.
- Jeff Schell, a seasoned entrepreneur and experienced patent attorney, seamlessly merged his law practice with a major national law firm in 2018 after a successful exit from a medical device venture. - Tony Tomassetti is the Director of Operations at Cette AI, responsible for driving the business forward. Tony brings over 10 years of startup, operating, and P&L experience across various industries, with a successful track record of driving business transformation and growth. Previously, Tony was Director of Strategy & Operations at Prologis, where he played a key role in building and expanding Prologis Essentials, a high-growth corporate startup. Prior to working in corporate innovation at Prologis, Tony held leadership positions at Rocky Mountain Patent and TranS1, where he spearheaded operational turnarounds and managed complex integrations for the acquisitions of both businesses. Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Robins School of Business at the University of Richmond.
